Our initial consultation happened in person during a trip to NYC and everything else was handled remotely. “John & I started dating May 2014 and in May 2019 we approved our final engagement ring design. We got engaged 8/17/19. Diego seemed to know exactly what was in my head as far as the design and with a few minor tweaks made during our consultations, he created and redesigned my Nanny’s engagement ring. The entire process of designing was easy and effortless because of Diego’s help and expertise. When I saw the final rendering, I got teary eyed because I knew he created the ring I wanted.
